    ABS is a versatile thermoplastic polymer composed of three monomers: acrylonitrile for chemical and thermal resistance, butadiene for impact toughness & styrene for rigidity and processability. It offers excellent mechanical strength and surface gloss but has inherent limitations including flammability, limited heat resistance & poor weatherability without modification.
